40th Edition of AAHAR to Be Held at Bharat Mandapam New Delhi from March 10–14, 2026

New Delhi: The 40th edition of AAHAR – The International Food & Hospitality Fair, one of Asia’s most renowned food and hospitality trade shows, will be jointly organized by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) and the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) from March 10 to 14, 2026 at the iconic venue of Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.

AAHAR has established itself as one of Asia’s best-known brands in food and hospitality exhibitions, attracting global participation and offering a comprehensive platform for business networking, product launches, and industry collaborations.

Highlights of AAHAR-25 (39th Edition)

The previous edition, AAHAR-25, witnessed overwhelming participation and industry engagement:
